Agent Ouija is an open source multi-model AI platform built for builders who refuse to depend on a single LLM and who demand control over their own data and privacy. Ten models — five local western open source models and five cloud models — compete in a live arena, scored and trained in real time.

Home Garden Intelligence System
A computer vision and IoT platform that brings intelligent automation to the home garden. Powered by a Raspberry Pi 4 and a weatherproof IP camera, the system uses ONNX-based image recognition to monitor plant health, guide planting layouts, and integrate with soil and environmental sensors.
Designed for the serious home gardener and small scale grower, the platform captures, analyzes, and acts — identifying issues before they become losses and recommending interventions based on real conditions in the garden.
Future state includes a seed planter robot POC and full IoT sensor integration for automated environmental response.

Era-Weighted Sports Intelligence
What makes a dynasty? Championship DNA answers that question with machine learning.
The platform ingests historical NFL team and player data, applies era weighting to normalize performance across decades, and enables live team comparisons against the greatest rosters in football history. Super Bowl probability modeling surfaces which teams today carry the DNA of past champions.
Built on a Python and Databricks stack, Championship DNA is designed for the serious sports analyst and the fan who wants to argue with data, not just instinct.

Free League / Year Zero Engine
Vaesen is a virtual Game Master platform built for the Free League Publishing tabletop RPG of the same name. Powered by the Year Zero Engine, the GM Hub manages narrative flow, NPC behavior, mystery progression, and world lore — allowing players to run sessions with or without a human game master at the table.
The platform learns your table's style over time through LoRA behavioral training and RAG lore injection, becoming a more attuned storyteller with every session.
GURPS Powered
Discworld brings Terry Pratchett's beloved flat world to the tabletop through an AI Game Master powered by the GURPS system. The platform manages the rules, the narrative, and the irreverent wit that defines Discworld — handling everything from Ankh-Morpork street encounters to the machinations of the Patrician.
Built on the same shared engine architecture as the Vaesen GM Hub, Discworld demonstrates the platform's ability to power radically different game systems and tones from a single intelligent core.

Youth STEM Non-Profit Program
WARP Speed Ahead is a community STEM program founded in memory of Dr. Sadanand Srivastava, a beloved educator who spent his life inspiring young minds through computer science.
What began with a handful of 4th and 5th grade students has grown into one of the most active youth STEM programs in Prince George's County, Maryland. The Spring 2026 cohort welcomed 14 cadets — the biggest in program history — culminating in a rockets and pizza celebration that has become a WARP tradition.
WARP Speed Ahead is now a confirmed STEM Specialty Program partner at Duval High School, launching the next school year and bringing the program into the high school pipeline for the first time.

The ITN Think Tank is If Then Now's intern and innovation cohort — a group of emerging technologists working on real projects, with real clients, producing real results.
Think Tank members don't do busywork. They own projects from architecture through deployment, work in professional GitHub environments with branch discipline and documented commits, and present their work in client-facing demos.
Current cohort projects span computer vision, machine learning, AI platforms, web development, and data engineering. Members come from mechanical engineering, data science, and project management backgrounds — united by one standard: craft, ethics, and relentless audacity.

Meet the Owner
Founded if-then-now after 25+ years of professional IT experience spanning private-sector giants like Maximus and IBM, and federal agencies including the SEC and DHS as a Senior RPA Architect and AI Solutions Advisor.
Studied Computer Science at the University of Maryland, College Park, completed the Stanford Machine Learning Specialization, and is currently completing Vanderbilt University's AI Agentic Systems program.
